Service Description
Laura Mattiazzo (Speech Pathologist), Cindy Calvert (SP) and Vivienne Slater (Psychologist) work together to assess the presence and level of autism spectrum disorder. A comprehensive report is written, covering developmental history, results of testing, diagnosis (if warranted), and recommendations. 4 hours of in-person interview and observation, plus 6 hours of test scoring, interpretation and report writing contribute to 10 billable hours at $230 per hour. Regional assessments will occur travel fees also.
